Ms. Walsh’s approach to health is based on years of experience and training from all over the United States. She blends holistic approaches with evidence based practices to bring her clients well rounded treatments. By guiding her patients towards balance with a team approach, she educates you on your body’s own healing ability using holistic practices, herbs, compassion and humor.

Ms. Walsh has helped many people with anxiety, depression, stress, strokes, cancer, arthritis, and chronic disease. Her approach is based in treating the whole person, meaning the mind, body and spirit.

Nina has experienced her own self-healing through holistic practices and continues to be inspired by the results of her patients. Being a passionate learner, Nina has completed a degree in health science, holds eleven different holistic certifications, has participated in over forty workshop training’s and over thirty different styles of yoga, as well as being self-educated and trained in clinical and holistic elements of healing through food and herbs.

She maintains a holistic practice in South Portland, Maine, where she offers alternative and complementary therapies and teaches workshops  on the mind, body and spirit and holistic medical sciences.  Her approach integrates Ayurveda, Tibetan, Thai, Taoist, Chinese, Buddhist and western holistic therapies. This approach brings awareness to where you are with compassion, giving you the tools for your spectacular healing. She also teaches at the Cancer Community Center and has volunteered Reiki at Maine Medical Center.
